Witbier with wild yeast, brewed with different citrus fruits, grapefruit, lemon meyer, lemon poncil, yuzu, Budha hand, Limequat, Kumquat, bergamot, citron and lime.
Tasting Notes
Aroma:
Strong citrus aroma with a hints of mint.
Flavor:
Little sourness, light boddy with soft carbonation.
Finish:
A very refreshing beer like a soda, ideal for spring/summer afternoons.
