Traditional bottle pull: Each paid pull gets a wrapped or numbered mystery bottle. Match the number of pulls to the bottles available.
Bottle raffle: Tickets are entries for a chance to win. You can plan more tickets than bottles, with winning tickets drawn for the bottle prizes. Not every ticket wins.
Your organization chooses the format, sets the ticket price and runs the event. TWCP supplies a curated assortment—including exciting Hero Bottles—at discounted package pricing in support of your cause.

Bottle count and ticket count are separate choices. A traditional pull gives every ticket a bottle. A raffle can sell more entries than there are bottle prizes.
Our discounted package pricing lowers your bottle cost in support of your cause. Choose a ticket price that fits your format and audience, and share your bottle budget separately.
Estimated funds raised = ticket revenue − your discounted package cost − extra heroes − other event expenses.

The number, style and value of included heroes depend on your final package. We confirm the actual bottles before invoicing, so you can promote them with confidence.

Before you build your pull
How many bottles should we request?
Our minimum is 50 bottles total per package, including any mix of wine and spirits. Choose 50, 75 or 100 bottles. For a traditional pull, plan one bottle per paid pull. For a raffle, choose how many bottle prizes you want to offer, then plan ticket sales separately. For example, 50 bottles can support 50 guaranteed pulls or a raffle with 50 bottle prizes and more than 50 entries. Share your audience size and budget if you’d like TWCP’s input.
Can we sell more tickets than bottles?
Yes, with a raffle format: tickets are chances to win, so not every ticket receives a bottle. For example, 300 tickets could be sold for a drawing with 50 bottle prizes. Make the prize count and drawing rules clear to guests. A traditional guaranteed bottle pull needs one bottle for every paid pull.
Can we choose specific bottles?
Share preferred styles and hero requests. TWCP chooses the actual assortment based on availability and your agreed package. A requested brand or bottle is not guaranteed until confirmed.
What does a package cost?
TWCP offers discounted package pricing to support your charity’s cause. Your bottle count, wine or spirits mix, budget and included heroes determine the quote. We confirm the assortment, retail value and discounted package price before invoicing. Optional additional Hero Bottles are priced separately at regular retail.
Do we pay when we submit?
No. This form sends a request only. TWCP reviews it, curates the assortment, confirms the details and sends a Shopify invoice for payment. Submission does not place an order or reserve bottles.
How do additional Hero Bottles work?
Extra heroes are optional and priced at regular retail. Include the number of bottles, preferred styles and budget per bottle. We’ll confirm availability and whether you want them added to the pull or used separately.
Is delivery included?
Yes—package delivery is free to locations in St. Louis City and St. Louis County. Other counties, including St. Charles County, have an additional delivery fee confirmed in your quote. Enter your requested delivery date and full delivery address in the form. TWCP confirms the schedule before payment. Allow time before your event to wrap, number and organize your bottles.
Who organizes the event and sells the tickets?
Your organization chooses the pull or raffle format and handles its rules, ticket sales, bottle wrapping or numbering, event setup and prize distribution. TWCP supplies the agreed bottle assortment. Plan any bags, labels, signage and event supplies separately.
