All shipments are via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. An adult signature is required at time of delivery. Wines are packed in containers designed for shipping wine. The cost of packaging is included in the shipping charge.
All orders to Alaska and Hawaii must go 2-Day Air.
We cannot ship to PO, FPO, or APO addresses. We cannot ship outside of the US.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, the items in your cart, and the size and weight of your order. Rates vary by location and are determined by our carrier at the time of purchase.
You’ll see the full shipping cost before completing your order—there are no surprises at checkout.

Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your delivery.

We do not ship outside the United States.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority! We will take back items purchased from us within 14 days of purchase, subject to the exceptions set forth below. You must have a receipt for any items you wish to return.
Exceptions to Our Return Policy:
Our products are maintained under optimum conditions. Products that have been adversely affected due to improper storage or treatment while in the customer's care cannot be returned. For example, we are not able accept returns on wine that was not kept in climate-controlled conditions.
Bottles that were chilled or put on ice cannot be returned.
Opened bottles that are not to your personal taste may not be returned.
Items that are purchased on "Closeout", which includes red stickered wines, spirits, beers, groceries, and accessories.
We make every effort to ensure the quality and condition of older vintages. However as is tradition in wine retail, wines 10+ years in age at the time of purchase are sold at the buyer's risk. We do not accept returns of "corked" or "off" wines 10 years or older, nor will we accept returns of these wines because they are past their optimal drinking window.
Special orders for wines sourced specifically at your request and not part of our regular inventory.
Orders for a party or other gathering that are not fully consumed (however we will accept the return of full cases of wine).

You may see a hold charge on your card shortly after you place an order. You will receive an email confirming your order when it is ready for pick up. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is confirmed.
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. Once processing is complete, additional time may be required for transfers between stores, depending on item availability and location. We appreciate your patience and will notify you as soon as your order is ready.
When placing your order, please choose the location where you would like to pick up. We currently offer five pickup locations:
