Juice Grove is Side Project’s double dry-hopped IPA built around a generous hop aroma and fruit-forward character. The 7% release is listed with a blend of American and New Zealand hops that suggests citrus and tropical fruit, with Simcoe adding a more resinous edge. It’s a flavorful choice for IPA drinkers who like a bright, aromatic pour.
Tides brings together the lively character of a tart saison and the depth of oak aging. Its bright acidity makes it a refreshing pour, while the time in oak adds another layer to explore. At 6% ABV, it’s a distinctive choice for fans of Side Project’s Missouri farmhouse beers.

Barleywine
Blend of Missouri Barleywine and Barrel-Aged Missouri Barleywine Finished on Caramel Sauce, Vanilla Beans and Lactose
Tres Leches starts as our MJK recipe. Our huge, sweet, sticky barleywine. It has always been aged in barrels, but the base beer, right from stainless steel, is already luxurious and exciting. After brewing and fermenting MJK, we then added caramel sauce, vanilla beans, and lactose to replicate the "milk cake" of Tres Leches! To further develop the depth and character, we chose several barrels of an experimental barleywine which had been aging in Willett Bourbon Barrels for 18 months, adding flavors which can only come with patience and time.
Marietta Ave. is our Farmhouse Pale Ale which was fermented with Belgian Saison yeast and a blend of soft Brettanomyces strains. It was brewed with floral and citrusy American hops and naturally conditioned in this bottle for several months before being released.
Grisette is inspired by the soft session beers of Belgium. The blond color, notes of floral European hops and delicate, bright finish create a complex, yet very approachable beer. This farmhouse-inspired table beer was aged in a Missouri oak foedre for several months before being naturally conditioned in this bottle.
As we have evolved, we have looked for ways to continue to elevate and experiment with our favorite beers. Grisette is inspired by the soft session beers of Belgium with it's blond color, notes of floral European hops and delicate, bright finish. For this iteration, we gently dry-hopped this complex, yet very approachable beer after aging it in a Missouri Oak Foedre for several months before naturally conditioning it in this bottle.
The next release in our Continuance series is Blend #8, a blend of Barrel Aged Ryewine, 2 unique Barrel Aged Barleywines and Barrel Aged Stout, all finished on Cocoa Nibs and Vanilla Beans.
Continuance is an open-ended series of blended, malty, barrel aged beers, sometimes finished on adjuncts and sometimes not. After recently tasting through our library of beers, we found that several of our Cocoa Nib / Vanilla Bean BA beers had aged so gracefully that we wanted to use that pairing in a new blend. Since we had never used cocoa nibs in a barleywine base, we started there.
A massive barrel-aged Imperial Stout aged nearly three years in an impressive mix of bourbon and rye barrels. Bananas, cacao nibs and vanilla create rich notes of chocolate-covered banana, banana cream pie and vanilla wafer, layered over deep chocolate, oak and warming whiskey character. Rich, thick and dessert-like, with serious barrel depth behind the adjuncts.
A huge, decadent Ryewine aged for 27 months in Willett Rye whiskey barrels, developing rich layers of amaretto, port-like dark fruit and caramel. Full-bodied and warming, with deep malt sweetness balanced by spicy rye whiskey character and oak. A bold, complex sipping beer built for fans of barrel-aged barleywines and big stouts
Dogfish Head gives its World Wide Stout an affogato twist, drawing on the Italian dessert of espresso poured over ice cream. The stout’s dark, rich, roasty character provides the base, while coffee adds an espresso note and vanilla brings a sweet finish. At 15% ABV, it’s a sipping stout that can also be aged.
Boulevard reached deep into its cellar for Cellar Key, blending exceptional vintages selected from a library of more than 5,000 casks. Whiskey Barrel Stout aged in Kentucky bourbon barrels forms the heart of the blend, while smaller portions of rye ale, wheated and triple-mashed stouts, rum barrel-aged sweet stout and eisbock add layers of depth. The result is a dark, rich Grand Cru built for slow sipping and for anyone who loves exploring what years of barrel aging can bring to beer.
Rocket Appliances is a hazy, double dry-hopped Imperial IPA with a soft body from the oats and a bright, fruit-forward hop profile. Galaxy and Mosaic bring tropical fruit and citrus character, while Columbus adds an earthy, resinous edge to the finish. At 8.1% ABV, it has plenty of flavor and weight without losing its juicy appeal.

Chouffe Cherry – A rich, fruit-forward Belgian ale featuring juicy cherry flavors layered over Chouffe’s signature spicy, slightly sweet Belgian ale character. Fruity and refreshing with a gently tart finish.
Chouffe IPA – A Belgian-style IPA combining assertive hop character with Chouffe’s expressive Belgian yeast. Expect citrus, tropical fruit and herbal hop notes balanced by fruity esters and spicy complexity, with a dry, pleasantly bitter finish.
