A massive barrel-aged Imperial Stout aged nearly three years in an impressive mix of bourbon and rye barrels. Bananas, cacao nibs and vanilla create rich notes of chocolate-covered banana, banana cream pie and vanilla wafer, layered over deep chocolate, oak and warming whiskey character. Rich, thick and dessert-like, with serious barrel depth behind the adjuncts.
