Why this bottle is exciting

Unlike most reposados, the whiskey barrel is not the star.

Using a 4th-use American oak barrel means very little vanilla or heavy oak is extracted. Instead, the barrel gently rounds the spirit while allowing the cooked agave to remain the dominant flavor. This is for serious agave enthusiasts.

Caballito Cerrero is also famous for refusing to conform to the modern CRT tequila regulations, so although this is made from Blue Weber agave in Amatitán, Jalisco, it is legally sold as a Destilado de Agave rather than tequila. That independence has made it something of a cult producer among agave aficionados.

Hugo Spritz!

RTD - "Ready to drink"

The Spritz Hugo Sparkling Aperitif RTD....$14.99 / 4pk

The Spritz Hugo Sparkling Aperitif is a light, refreshing Italian-style ready-to-drink cocktail inspired by the classic Hugo Spritz, a drink that originated in South Tyrol, Italy in 2005. Unlike the bittersweet Aperol Spritz, the Hugo emphasizes delicate floral notes from elderflower, balanced by crisp sparkling wine, fresh mint, and lively citrus. It has become one of Europe's fastest-growing summer aperitifs and has recently surged in popularity in the U.S. and U.K. as drinkers look for lighter, lower-ABV cocktails.

Short Barrel Four Grain Bourbon...$37.99

Four Grains. One Balanced Bourbon. Bourbon Built for Real Life

Our flagship Four Grain is blended from select Kentucky straight bourbons and further aged under our direction in Atlanta, Georgia. Bottled at 92 proof and non-chill filtered, it delivers a full, rounded profile that works just as well neat as it does over ice or in a cocktail. The goal is simple: a bourbon with enough character for enthusiasts and enough balance to become your go-to bottle.

This stays aligned with the current page’s claims that it’s a blend of four-to-five-year-old Kentucky whiskey, secondarily aged in Atlanta, bottled at 92 proof, and non-chill filtered.

Perfect neat after a long day, on the rocks at the tailgate, or elevated in a cocktail at your social gathering.

What Is Four Grain Bourbon?

Four grain bourbon uses all four traditional whiskey grains—corn, rye, wheat, and malted barley. That combination creates a more layered and balanced flavor profile than a typical mash bill built around three grains. In Shortbarrel Four Grain, the result is a bourbon with sweetness, softness, spice, and depth in every sip.

Short Barrel The Bees Knees Bourbon Honey Cask...$104.99

Short barrel "The Bee's Knees" Single Barrel is a limited-release Double Barrel Toasted Straight Bourbon Whiskey bottled at 108.8 proof (54.4% ABV). The whiskey is first built from mature sourced Kentucky bourbons, then transferred into new toasted oak barrels before a final maturation in honey-conditioned casks, allowing the honey character to integrate naturally with the oak rather than simply adding sweetness. Bottled non-chill filtered, it delivers layers of caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, cinnamon, baked apple, and rich wildflower honey, finishing long with honeycomb, roasted nuts, pepper spice, and lingering oak. The result is a high-proof bourbon that balances dessert-like richness with structure and barrel complexity rather than tasting like a flavored whiskey.

  • 108.8 Proof (54.4% ABV)
  • Double barrel toasted bourbon
  • Finished in honey-conditioned casks
  • Non-chill filtered
  • Limited single barrel release
  • Rich notes of honey, caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, cinnamon, baked apple, and roasted nuts
  • Long finish with pepper spice and integrated honey sweetness

Short Barrel Double Oaked Bourbon and Rye...$75.99

Structure. Sweetness. Depth.

Our Double Oak Bourbon begins with a blend of straight bourbons selected for balance—typically bringing together traditional and high-rye mashbills to create a layered base.

Before it ever sees a second barrel, the blend already works:

  • Caramel and vanilla from the corn base
  • Spice and lift from the rye content
  • A balanced, approachable structure

From there, it moves into new Kelvin barrels with varying char levels. This second maturation deepens texture, integrates sweetness, and builds a longer, more expressive finish.

THE RESULT:
A bourbon that leans into richness and structure—without losing clarity.

Build it right first. Then let the oak make it better.
