Scratch Brewing

Scratch Brewing Company is one of the most unique breweries in the Midwest, creating truly distinctive beers from its farmhouse brewery in the woods of Southern Illinois. Known for its farm-to-table and foraging approach to brewing, Scratch incorporates ingredients gathered from the surrounding landscape—including tree bark, leaves, roots, flowers, mushrooms, nuts, herbs and locally grown produce. Many ingredients are harvested right on or near the brewery property, giving the beers a genuine sense of Southern Illinois terroir.
