Side Project Metamorphic IPA is a 6.0% ABV American IPA from St. Louis’ Side Project Brewing, built around a classic-meets-modern hop combination. It is dry-hopped with Centennial, Centennial Cryo, Columbus and Fresh Frozen Cryo Simcoe, bringing layers of bright citrus, grapefruit, pine and resinous dankness with a fresh, concentrated hop character. Centennial and Columbus provide the old-school American IPA backbone, while the Cryo and fresh-frozen Simcoe amplify the aromatics for a vibrant, modern expression.
A tart, Missouri Saison. The wheat balances a very dry body with a creamy, billowy mouthfeel, and our local microflora adds complexity and acidity. This Saison was aged in oak for several months before being naturally conditioned in this bottle.

Missouri Imperial Stout finished on Coconut Flakes, Sump Coffee and Vanilla Beans
Much like Redux, we are taking one of our favorite Derivations and bringing it to you as a non-BA version. Revived brings D8 back, our Missouri Imperial Stout finished on Coconut Flakes, Vanilla Beans and Sump Coffee. For Revived, we used raw flaked and toasted coconut before infusing this Imperial Stout with Sump's Melting Darkness Coffee and Indians Vanilla Beans to bring back one of our favorite Derivation combinations.
Wild Ale Bramble is our newest fruited Missouri Wild Ale. For this beer we used a blend of Oregon red and black raspberries, the Fuzzy base beer (higher acid blonde), and let everything sit and referment. At maturation, we packaged this beautiful beer and have let it rest in bottles for almost a year. ABV: 6%
Dark Wild Ale Black & Wild is the antithesis of most American Wild Ales. The robust nature of the intense acidity, bold Balaton cherries and chocolaty malt is layered with the deep notes of vanilla, spicy charred oak and cinnamon from the used Willett Barrels. Bottled in October 2025, it is now ready to share with you. ABV: 10% |
Barrel Aged Missouri Imperial Stout Finished on Peanut Butter, Bananas and Vanilla Beans
ABV: 15%
In 1957, Elvis Presley placed two Marble Lions on the front steps of Graceland, these iconic statues would later become a popular place to take pictures while visiting. In 2025, while researching a name for a beer which was inspired by Elvis Presley's favorite Peanut Butter and Banana sandwich, Side Project decided to name its new stout Marble Lions after these iconic statues at Graceland. Marble Lions is our foray into imperial stouts where we use our layering of adjuncts and the years of experimentation to create these decadent monsters which are fun to enjoy and share!
Side Project Pulling Nails...$34.99 / 750ml
Blended Missouri Wild Ale Pulling Nails is an ongoing experiment in the art of blending to create sour and wild ales of extraordinary depth, complexity and balance. Blend #17 is the showcase of one of our favorite Saisons - Sunsets - with our favorite fruits - Red and Black Raspberries - and our favorite adjunct - Vanilla Beans before we blended and allowed this beer to condition in this bottle for several months before its release. ABV: 6%
à la Table is inspired by the classic Saisons of the past, meant to be shared "at the Table" with family and friends. Traditionally brewed to be low in alcohol and extremely refreshing, this inspired Saison was brewed with an airy and fluffy malt bill and fermented with wild Missouri yeast and bacteria and our house Saison blend before being aged in Missouri oak for several months and then being naturally conditioned in this bottle.
WeldWerks Blue Razz Cotton Candy Sour is a wildly fun 4.0% ABV sour ale from WeldWerks Brewing in Greeley, Colorado, brewed with Blue Raspberry Cotton Candy Floss and Blue Raspberry Slushy Syrup. It delivers a nostalgic blast of tart blue raspberry, spun-sugar sweetness and classic carnival cotton candy, balanced by a bright sour finish that keeps all that candy character lively. Think blue raspberry slushy meets cotton candy in sour-beer form—colorful, playful and unapologetically over-the-top.
Crooked Stave Little Dragon Hazy IPA — A juicy 6.5% ABV Hazy IPA from Crooked Stave, dry-hopped with Krush and Nelson Sauvin. Soft and hazy with layers of tropical fruit, ripe citrus, white grape and subtle dank hop character, finishing smooth and intensely aromatic.
Crooked Stave Festbier Oktoberfest is a 6.0% ABV German-style Oktoberfest lager from Denver’s Crooked Stave Brewing Co. Brewed in the modern Festbier style—the lighter, golden lager style now served at Munich’s Oktoberfest—it emphasizes clean, crisp drinkability with soft bready malt, gentle sweetness and balanced hop character rather than the darker caramel richness of a traditional Märzen. Smooth, refreshing and made for drinking by the stein, it’s a classic seasonal lager from a brewery better known for its innovative barrel-aged and sour beers. Crooked Stave currently lists Festbier on its brewery tap list as its “Oktoberfest Lager” at 6% ABV.
Crooked Stave Pun’kin Power is a 7.0% ABV Pumpkin & Spice Ale that marks Crooked Stave’s bold take on the classic fall seasonal. It starts with a copper-to-auburn colored malt-forward base beer before being layered with a carefully selected blend of autumn spices. Expect cinnamon and allspice up front, followed by warming ginger spice, with caramelized malt and subtle brown-sugar richness underneath. Rather than a sugary pumpkin-pie beer, Pun’kin Power emphasizes rich malt and assertive baking spice, making it a bigger, more full-flavored take on the style.
