Barrel Aged Rye Barleywine

Flim Flam is a blend of Bourbon and Port Barrel-Aged Rye Barleywines initially brewed with our friend Ryan Witter. Inspired by a Danish beer, we brewed this Barleywine with Maris Otter and copious amounts of 3 different rye malts, fermented it with a strong European Ale yeast strain and then finished it in Willett Bourbon and Ruby Port barrels for 17 months before blending and allowing it to rest for several months before sharing it with you.

This refreshing witbier aged in wine barrels for more than a year before it was naturally conditioned in this bottle.

Revived brings D8 back, our Missouri Imperial Stout finished on Coconut Flakes, Vanilla Beans and Sump Coffee. For Revived, we used raw flaked and toasted coconut before infusing this Imperial Stout with Sump's Melting Darkness Coffee and Indians Vanilla Beans to bring back one of our favorite Derivation combinations.
