Chica~Chida is a peanut butter-flavored agave spirit crafted in Jalisco, Mexico, created in collaboration with Caleb Pressley of Barstool Sports. It combines Espadín agave spirit with allergen-free peanut butter extract, creating a sweet, nutty profile with earthy agave underneath. Expect roasted peanut butter, caramel-like sweetness and agave, with a smooth, dessert-like finish.
One important correction: although it sometimes gets listed by retailers as a liqueur or even “peanut butter tequila,” it is officially labeled Peanut Butter Agave Spirit—it is not tequila.
32% ABV • 64 Proof
Base: Espadín agave spirit
Flavor: Peanut butter
Origin: Jalisco, Mexico
Allergen-free: The peanut butter flavoring contains no peanut allergens.
818 Tequila Blanco is the flagship tequila from 818, founded by Kendall Jenner, made from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in the Los Valles region of Jalisco, Mexico. The agaves are allowed to mature for at least seven years, slow-cooked for 30+ hours, crushed with traditional stone tahonas, naturally fermented, and twice distilled in copper pot stills. The Blanco is 40% ABV (80 proof) with a clean, agave-forward profile showing tropical fruit, bright citrus, subtle grassy notes, white flowers and mineral accents, finishing smooth with lingering cooked agave and citrus. 818 has also recently evolved the Blanco toward a cleaner, more agave-driven style, earning a Gold Medal at the 2025 Agavos Awards by Tequila Matchmaker.

A first-of-its-kind 9-Year-Old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey that combines two of Heaven Hill’s signature mashbills in a single Bottled-in-Bond release. The blend is two-thirds traditional Heaven Hill Bourbon (78% corn, 10% rye, 12% malted barley) and one-third Wheated Bourbon (68% corn, 20% wheat, 12% malted barley), with both components aged a full 9 years and bottled at the required 100 proof (50% ABV). The traditional bourbon contributes structure, oak and rye spice, while the wheated bourbon adds a softer, rounder character. Heaven Hill describes aromas of toasted oak, honey and white pepper, followed by honey and bright citrus oil, with a finish of rich caramel and baking spices. Released nationally in limited quantities, this is an especially interesting Bottled-in-Bond release because Heaven Hill found a way to combine traditional and wheated bourbon while still meeting Bottled-in-Bond requirements—something the distillery says has never been done before.
The Wine and Cheese Place Private Single Barrel
Special Warehouse "DD"
Rickhouse DD is part of Heaven Hill's historic Deatsville aging site, formerly the T.W. Samuels Distillery property. Heaven Hill says Deatsville's nine warehouses—AA through II—are distinctive because they're the company's only warehouses with tiered roofs. Heaven Hill is now transitioning Deatsville away from active maturation toward regauge-only status, which makes whiskey actually aged there increasingly interesting from a historical standpoint.
Heaven Hill has used DD for some very serious whiskey. The 2022 Heaven Hill Heritage Collection 17-Year included a 20-year-old barrel from Rickhouse DD, albeit from Floor 5. The 2023 Parker's Heritage 10-Year Cask Strength Rye also included barrels from DD Floor 2
Stranahan’s Mountain Angel 10 Year American Single Malt is one of the benchmark older American single malts, produced entirely in Denver, Colorado from 100% malted barley and Rocky Mountain water. It is aged a full 10 years in new charred American oak barrels, with Denver’s high-altitude climate accelerating interaction between whiskey and wood. The current release is 90.2 proof (45.1% ABV) and is produced in very limited annual batches.
The profile is rich and mature, showing dried apricot, baked apple, butterscotch and brown sugar, backed by cinnamon, nutmeg, toasted oak, leather and light tobacco, with a mellow malt character and lingering baking spice.

One of the world’s most legendary herbal liqueurs, Green Chartreuse has been produced by the Carthusian monks in France from a closely guarded secret recipe built around 130 plants, flowers, roots, bark and spices. Green Chartreuse was officially created in 1840, developing from the monks’ original herbal elixir whose finalized recipe dates to 1764. Today it is made at the monks’ Aiguenoire distillery in the Chartreuse Mountains of France.
At a powerful 55% ABV (110 proof), Green Chartreuse is intensely aromatic and complex, with layers of fresh herbs, mint, pine, citrus, peppery spice and bittersweet tea. Its famous green color comes naturally from the plants, with no artificial coloring, and the liqueur undergoes extended aging in large oak vats before bottling. It can be enjoyed chilled or over ice, but it is also an essential ingredient in classic cocktails such as The Last Word
Very limited - we do not see it very often
Campbeltown Loch is a Blended Malt Scotch created by J&A Mitchell, the owners of Springbank Distillery. Unlike an ordinary blended Scotch, there is no grain whisky—it brings together all five single malts produced by Campbeltown’s three active distilleries: Springbank, Longrow and Hazelburn from Springbank Distillery, Kilkerran from Glengyle Distillery, and Glen Scotia. The whiskies are matured in a combination of ex-Bourbon and ex-Sherry casks, then vatted and bottled at Springbank.
At 46% ABV, it delivers classic Campbeltown character: sea salt, ginger loaf and pecan pie on the nose, followed by creamy coffee, salted caramel, date syrup and brown sugar, with subtle peat smoke that builds into the finish. It’s essentially a chance to taste the entire Campbeltown whisky region in one bottle.
46% ABV • Blended Malt Scotch Whisky

Casks: Ex-Bourbon & Ex-Sherry

Denizen Merchant's Reserve 8 Year is a bold, aromatic Caribbean rum created specifically with the classic Mai Tai in mind. Bottled at 86 proof, it combines funky, fruit-driven Jamaican pot-still rum with intensely aromatic Rhum Grande Arôme from Martinique, delivering notes of ripe banana, grilled pineapple, molasses, vanilla, orange peel, oak and baking spice. Complex enough to enjoy neat but particularly impressive in cocktails, Merchant's Reserve essentially puts the traditional Jamaican/Martinique Mai Tai combination into a single bottle. Wine Enthusiast rated it 93 points, making this an outstanding choice for anyone looking to build a serious Mai Tai or explore a more characterful style of aged rum.
Clairin Sonson is a traditional Haitian cane spirit produced by Stephan Kalil Saoud in Cabaret, Haiti, northwest of Port-au-Prince. Saoud grows the local Madame Meuze sugarcane on 25 hectares alongside banana and other fruit trees, without chemical fertilizers or pesticides. The freshly harvested cane is pressed and slowly reduced into cane syrup, then spontaneously fermented using wild ambient yeasts from the fields and distillery.
The fermented syrup is distilled in small pot stills originally crafted by Saoud’s father, who founded the distillery in 1932. Sonson is bottled at still strength with no dilution or additives, giving it a wonderfully rustic, terroir-driven character. Expect pronounced lemongrass, basil and freshly cut grass, followed by tropical fruit, fresh cane, ginger, sweet pepper and licorice.

Clairin Casimir is an intensely aromatic traditional Haitian cane spirit made by Faubert Casimir in Baradères, Haiti, an isolated coastal region known for coffee, cocoa and small artisanal clairin distilleries. Casimir uses the local Hawaii Rouge and Hawaii Blanc sugarcane varieties, presses them into fresh cane juice, and allows an exceptionally long wild fermentation in local chestnut-wood vats.
What makes Casimir especially distinctive is that during fermentation he adds local citrus and aromatic herbs such as lemongrass—a traditional Baradères technique that helps control acidity while contributing to the spirit's wild, herbal character. The resulting clairin is intensely flavorful, with notes of candied and tropical fruit, fresh cane, herbs, citrus, mint, green apple, olive/brine and earthy truffle.

Wray & Nephew Overproof White Rum is an iconic Jamaican white rum and one of the defining spirits of Jamaican rum culture. Bottled at a formidable 63% ABV (126 proof), it is made from molasses fermented with the producer’s proprietary yeast culture and combines flavorful pot-still and column-still rums before being filtered, proofed and bottled without barrel aging.
Far from a neutral white rum, Wray & Nephew is intensely aromatic and unmistakably Jamaican, delivering overripe banana, tropical fruit, grassy sugarcane, molasses, vanilla and classic Jamaican “funk.” The high proof concentrates those flavors, making it particularly effective in rum punch, Daiquiris, tropical cocktails and drinks that need a bold Jamaican rum component. Wray & Nephew traces its history to 1825, and its Overproof Rum won historic gold medals at world fairs in London (1862), Paris (1878) and Jamaica (1881)—medals still represented on the bottle today
