Yellowstone 2026 Limited Edition Bourbon is the 11th annual release in Yellowstone’s Limited Edition series, created by Master Distiller Stephen Beam. This year’s release blends 7- and 14-year-old Kentucky straight bourbons, with the whiskey finished separately in Ruby Port and Tawny Port casks before the two components are married together and bottled at 101 proof (50.5% ABV).
The dual Port finish is designed to bring two different dimensions to the bourbon: Ruby Port contributes brighter berry and dark-fruit character, while Tawny Port brings deeper dried-fruit, nutty and oxidative notes. Look for blackberry, plum and charred oak on the nose, followed by caramelized sugar, dark fruit and dark chocolate, finishing with roasted nuts, chocolate and clove. The combination of genuinely mature 14-year bourbon with the younger 7-year component and two different Port finishes makes this one of the more ambitious Yellowstone Limited Editions to date.
