Willett takes its iconic Pot Still Reserve in a completely new direction with this cask-strength, wheated bourbon release. Built from a 65% corn, 20% wheat and unusually high 15% barley mash bill, the whiskey enters the barrel at a relatively low 115 proof before being bottled at full cask strength. Willett plans to release it only twice each year, at the Spring and Fall Equinox, making this a considerably more limited and robust counterpart to the familiar 94-proof Pot Still Reserve
