Made with Pinot Noir picked at peak ripeness and immediately gently pressed, releasing free run juice without color or tannins from the skins to produce this unique wine expressing both red and white wine characteristics.
Cherries and peaches make for a nice aromatic combination, while notes of fresh-cut grass and Meyer lemon float in the background. A rich peach melba flavor is tempered by traces of wet granite and a lemon lime twofer. This great white take on Pinot Noir has some weight to go along with its creamy mouthfeel.
