Wildbräu Meistersud is a traditional Bavarian lager built on a classic Munich Helles/Dunkel-leaning profile, showcasing a rich malt-forward composition of likely Pilsner and Munich malts that deliver notes of fresh bread, light caramel, and a soft honeyed sweetness. Fermented with a clean lager yeast for crisp attenuation, it maintains balance with restrained bitterness from noble hops such as Hallertau or Tettnang, contributing subtle herbal and floral spice without overshadowing the malt core. Smooth, medium-bodied, and gently carbonated, it finishes malty-spicy and slightly sweet, reflecting its long heritage as a flagship German brew.
