Bright, fresh ruby with an extra energy on the nose. Not more concentrated by any means, but very nicely constructed. Savoury at the finish, discreet elegance all the way through. Cécile uses some whole bunches here “Je n’arrive pas de ne pas en mettre – I don’t seem to be able not to put them in”.
