Year of the Horse, Rice Lager 4.5% - Chinese Style Rice Lager inspired by the traditional Chinese pale lagers heavily adjuncted with rice. The idea for this beer came from a desire to create a handmade craft version of the beers consumed every Chinese New Years spent with family. A pale lager brewed with pilsner malt, a heavy dosing of flaked rice, and our favorite lager yeast. Perhaps our crispiest lager offering, Horse offers maximum drinkability with lagery esters.
