Only 5 barrels produced!
This wine is a combination of fruit from the Sierra Madre Vineyard in Santa Maria and the Peake Ranch Vineyard in the Sta. Rita Hills. It all went through malolactic fermentation - with aging in all French barrels.
"Santa Barbara’s cool 2023 growing season produced exceptional Chardonnays. The wines are especially perfumed, with great fruit concentration. Rounded out by a kiss of French oak, the wine gains mid-palate weight before finishing crisp, once again showing it’s cool origins. This is a superb Chardonnay designed to enjoy with many different foods, but it’s really easy to drink by itself." - Adam Lee, winemaker
- Whole Cluster Pressed
- Aged in all French oak, 20% new
