Aged 6 years in American White Oak. This 100 proof spirit was sweet mashed, batched distilled, and follows the grain bill we normally use for our popular bourbon with 63% corn, 25% wheat, and 12% malted barley. It has a nose of citrus and vanilla along with our traditional tasting notes of warm citrus, honey, and cornbread.
