The 2021 Uriah Red Wine is elegant and welcoming. Aromas of crushed basalt and wheat intertwines with a beautiful dose of lilac and violet. On the palate, bright raspberry and blueberry are followed with structured, smooth, and mouthwatering finish. WINE ANALYSIS Blend: 54% Merlot, 46% Cabernet Franc Alcohol: 14.4% TA: 0.56 g/100 mL F: The 12-14 day fermentation, each tank is tasted daily until Kate Derby decides it is time to press using stainless steel basket presses.

The 2021 Uriah (54% Merlot and 46% Cabernet Franc) is cut from the same cloth, with a pretty perfume of spiced red and black fruits, spring flowers, and tobacco. It's medium-bodied, has a beautifully layered mouthfeel, ripe tannins, and a kiss of background oak that will integrate with just a few years of bottle age. This gem will keep for 10-15 years as well.
