Barrel-aged Stout
Threnody II is the second release in a series of Barrel Aged beers we brew, age and blend with our friend Matt Tarpey of The Veil. This second release is a new Imperial Stout recipe which blends some of our stout recipes before aging in our favorite blend of barrels. At maturity, we finished the blend on Sump Coffee and Ugandan Vanilla Beans for you.
