Barrel-aged Barleywine
Threnody I begins a series of Barrel Aged beers we are going to brew, age and blend with our friend Matt Tarpey of The Veil. This first release is a new Barleywine recipe which blends some of our favorite malts with a blend of yeast strains before aging in our favorite Bourbon Barrels.
