Rabbit Hole Raceking returns in 2026 as a newly matured 6-year-old, 95-proof version of one of the distillery's most distinctive bourbons. Its unusual five-grain recipe incorporates both chocolate-malted wheat and chocolate-malted barley, creating a rich profile of toffee, toasted almond and brown sugar, followed by roasted espresso, cocoa, hazelnut, caramel and warming spice. Tobacco, leather, oak and lingering dark chocolate carry through the finish. Individually numbered and released in limited quantities, Raceking combines Rabbit Hole's experimental approach to grain with a tribute to Kentucky's horse-racing heritage.
