Bottled at 40% ABV, it is built around Himalayan juniper and a carefully balanced blend of 12 botanicals sourced across the Indian subcontinent, including cardamom, Gondhoraj lemon peel, orange peel, coriander seed, rosemary, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, almond, liquorice, and aniseed. The palate opens with bright citrus and pine, followed by warm spice, herbal complexity, and a creamy texture that finishes long, dry, and classically juniper-forward. Named after Mount Pumori, the "Daughter of Everest," this small-batch gin has earned international recognition with Gold medals at the New York International Spirits Competition and Concours Mondial de Bruxelles, along with a Silver medal at the International Spirits Challenge.
