Fifteen years of maturity meet an additional layer of oak in this distinctive Pitmaster Reserve release. Aromas of leather, baked cherry, vanilla and sandalwood lead into a rich palate of maple, dark caramel, fig and walnut. Baking spice and char-grilled stone fruit add depth, followed by a long, resonant finish with lingering oak character. A special sipping rye from pitmaster Carey Bringle, made for slow pours and thoughtful enjoyment.
