The 2024 Albariño Pazo das Bruxas from mostly Salnés, Rias Baixas, shows a reductive nose of phosphorus and soft flowers, later opening to lime and apple aromas. This is medium-bodied, with high acidity and a lightly saline touch. It sits between slender and full, with fain herbal flavor. The 2024 is well made.
