Note: from a huge 3.5 ha parcel of 45+ year old vines, most of which is in Folatières proper with .40 ha in Peux Bois. A mild whiff of the exotic is present in the form of white peach, tangerine peel, passion fruit and discreet floral wisps. There is an equally lovely texture to the medium-bodied flavors that possess more power if not quite the same minerality on the youthfully austere finale. I would add that this is also sufficiently forward as to allow it to be enjoyed after only a few years of keeping though it should have no trouble rewarding up to a decade of it.*Burghound outstanding!*
