Paradigm Winery, located in the heart of Napa Valley's Oakville appellation, is renowned for its commitment to producing high-quality wines that reflect the unique terroir of the region. The Paradigm Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted predominantly from Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, with small amounts of Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot to enhance complexity. The wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks followed by aging in French oak barrels, which imparts subtle vanilla and spice notes. This Cabernet Sauvignon boasts a rich flavor profile with layers of dark fruit such as blackberry and plum, complemented by well-integrated tannins and a hint of chocolate. It pairs beautifully with grilled meats, hearty stews, and aged cheeses.
