Panama-Pacific 23 Year is a beautifully mature Panamanian sipping rum that should have particular appeal to bourbon and whiskey drinkers. Extended aging brings plenty of toasted oak, caramel, vanilla and baking spice, layered with molasses, cocoa, nutmeg, dried fruit, coffee and hints of leather.
