This spirit is crafted in the Santiago Matatlán region, often referred to as the 'World Capital of Mezcal.' The mezcal is made from 100% Espadín agave, which is roasted in earthen pits, crushed using a traditional tahona, and distilled in copper stills. The resulting spirit offers a complex flavor profile with notes of smoke, citrus, and earthy minerals, complemented by a smooth, lingering finish.
