Mousse Les Terres D'Illlite 2020

The son, grandson and great-grandson of winegrowers, Cédric Moussé took over the reins of the family estate in 2014 and modernised it from top to bottom. Nothing is left to chance to produce "better" and "better": abandonment of synthetic products, eco-grazing, electrical autonomy, use of mineral sulphur (not from petrochemicals), lightening of bottles, use of paper caps... A fervent defender of Pinot Meunier, he offers cuvées that are always ample and deep, without softness or rusticity. As the Revue du Vin de France sums up, "He cultivates the refined, neat and energetic expression of his cuvées, with a magnificent delicacy of bubbles".
