Our MONKEY 47 Distiller's Cut 2025: Fleur de Sel features delicate sea salt crystals from the Camargue in the south of France as the elusive 48th ingredient. It's a piquant, elegant Dry Gin with a touch of the sun's warmth and the slightest waft of salty sea air, balanced against an underpinning of extraordinary substance and complexity.
