Caffe Mocha inspired Imperial Stout aged for over 15 months in a Switchgrass Spirits Bourbon barrel, then conditioned on Long Story barrel-aged coffee and Tanzanian cocoa nibs. 12.7% ABV.
This beer presents a deep, dark hue reminiscent of rich espresso. On the nose, expect inviting aromas of roasted coffee beans and dark chocolate. The palate is a decadent blend of mocha flavors, with a creamy texture that leads to a smooth, lingering finish. Best enjoyed slightly chilled to fully appreciate its complex layers.
