Colour: pale yellow with green hues. The bubbles are fine, in well-defined columns from the base of the glass. The foam is elegant and defines a persistent crown in the glass. Aromas: citrus fruits, peach, pineapple, very clear, in harmony with notes of fresh bread and toast, achieved through contact with yeast. On the palate: fresh, fruity, round and very smooth. It stands out for its finesse, complexity and its wide and long finish.
