Maleza Cacahuate Peanut Liqueur

Drawing on the diversity of Mexico's native ingredients, the botanicals for this liqueur have been painstakingly sourced through foragers and growers throughout the country using indigenous methods. Corn-based spirit is infused for 16 weeks with peanuts and sesame seeds toasted on a comal with coriander, this is based on palanqueta brittle.
