Matured in 100% fresh 1st-fill ex-Bourbon barrels, these casks are 9 months older than those used in Sowing Edition (Second Crop), and the difference is incredible!. This expression highlights the floral aromatics associated with distilling in the colder months. Lots of green apple and other orchard fruits on the nose and palate.
