On the palate, the wine is fresh, broad and complex, with impressive length, supported by the natural acidity of the grapes. The saline, elegantly bitter finish prolongs the tasting with great finesse.

A blend of 40% Cinsault, 30% Grenache and 30% Tibouren sourced from clay and limestone soils, the 2025 Côtes de Provence Rosé Le Clos Peyrassol reveals a complex, elegant bouquet of grapefruit, peach, white peach and spring flowers. Medium- to full-bodied, ample and enveloping, it has a fleshy core of fruit framed by bright acids, concluding with a long, mouthwatering and saline finish.
