Shiny golden color with green hues. Complex and rich aromas of apricot, white peach and honey on the nose. On the palate, this wine expresses the typicity of a Mediterranean Viognier very well, with roundness and balance.
This wine’s flavors of stone fruit and honey pair well with tender turkey and chicken as well as
shrimp and fish. This Viognier also pairs well with spicy takeout dishes like Thai or Indian food. Also great for a Thanksgiving aperitif.
We grow our Viognier in compliance with the High Environmental Value (HVE3) specifications: low use of chemicals, respect for biodiversity and control of water use.
