The 2022 Red Blend is composed of Cabernet Sauvignon (55%), Merlot (20%), Syrah (17%), Malbec (7%) and Cabernet Franc (1%), matured for 14 months in 50% new French oak. It has pure scents of black cherry, dark chocolate, lavender, star anise and seamlessly integrated oak spice. The full-bodied palate is powerful and perfumed with intense, floral fruit and luxurious, velvety tannins. It’s balanced by bright acidity and has a long, mineral-driven finish. 6,526 cases were made.

The 2022 Red Blend opens in the glass with an enticing bouquet of wild blueberries, plums, minty herbs and graphite. It smoothes over the palate with ripe wild berry fruits underscored by crisp mineral tones and a hint of cedary spice. The finish is exceptionally long and gently tannic, leaving a pleasantly bitter tinge that pinches at the cheeks.
