Kentucky Owl Confiscated was created by Dixon Dedman as a tribute to the whiskey lost when his great-great-grandfather C.M. Dedman's Kentucky Owl inventory was seized by the government in 1916. Bottled at 96.4 proof, this Kentucky Straight Bourbon offers an inviting combination of graham cracker, toffee, orange and white grape, with floral notes, baked fruit and sweet cinnamon spice leading into a warming touch of cayenne on the finish. Released in 2019, Confiscated was an important bottle for Kentucky Owl as the first expression from the revived brand to receive nationwide distribution
