Made, matured, and married on the Isle of Harris, this inviting single malt captures the island’s fruity, floral, and gently smoky character. Maturation in shoreline warehouses at Ardhasaig brings together the influence of bourbon barrels and Oloroso sherry casks. Butterscotch and cherry pastry aromas give way to bright fruit, delicate florals, and subtle spice. Rich caramel, clove, and ginger unfold on the palate, balanced by a dry mineral character, before a long, creamy finish with a soft trace of peat smoke. An approachable island dram with plenty to discover in every glass.
