One of Starlight's most distinctive releases, Honey Reserve brings together two products of the Huber family's historic Indiana farm: estate-distilled bourbon and honey harvested from hives located throughout the property. After aging in new American oak, the bourbon is finished in barrels that previously held the farm's barrel-aged honey. The result adds a gentle layer of wildflower honey and orchard fruit without overwhelming the whiskey, complementing Starlight's caramel, creamy vanilla and toasted oak character with warm baking spice on the finish. At 106 proof, it delivers plenty of depth while remaining beautifully balanced
