Big Fern is a West Coast IPA brewed with NZ Cascade, Mosaic, Simcoe, and Nelson Sauvin hops. At 7.25% ABV, it delivers a brighter, more defined hop profile than Hop Butcher’s hazier offerings, with notes of grapefruit and citrus peel, pine, tropical fruit, white grape, and subtle dank resin. Nelson Sauvin contributes its distinctive vinous character, while Mosaic and Simcoe bring layers of berry, citrus, and pine. The finish is crisp, dry, and firmly bitter, emphasizing hop flavor and drinkability over the soft sweetness of a hazy IPA.
