Gulp Hablo Fresco Chillable Red

Gulp Hablo Fresco Chilled Red is produced by Bodegas Parra Jiménez from organic and biodynamic vineyards in La Mancha, Spain. The blend consists of 50% Garnacha and 15% Syrah from Carrascosa de Haro, plus 35% white varieties (Airén, Macabeo, and Verdejo) from Pasaconsol and Carrascosa de Haro. Garnacha is vinified separately while the remaining grapes are co-fermented together. This innovative winemaking approach creates a light-bodied, chillable red wine that straddles the line between rosé and red wine styles.
