The 2026 Cowboy Bourbon is Garrison Brothers’ flagship limited release, created from 118 exceptional barrels hand-selected by Master Distiller Donnis Todd and matured for eight years in the intense Texas heat. Bottled completely uncut and unfiltered at a massive 141 proof, it delivers a powerful combination of burnt oak, toasted marshmallow, black pepper and baking spice, followed by rich plum, apricot, dried fruit and caramelized sugar. Only 16,000 bottles were produced, making this one of the most coveted annual releases in Texas whiskey and a showcase of just how concentrated and complex long-aged Texas bourbon can become.
