The Vistamare 2025 Toscana IGP is born from a harmonious blend of Vermentino, Viognier, and Fiano, grown in sun-kissed hillside vineyards constantly caressed by sea breezes. An ideal setting that gives the grapes aromatic maturity, freshness, and an unmistakable Mediterranean character. Only the finest grapes are selected for vinification, which is primarily conducted in stainless steel to preserve purity and fragrance. The aging, lasting approximately six months, takes place in stainless steel with a delicate presence of wood, which contributes structure without ever overpowering the aromatic profile. Upon tasting, the Vistamare 2025 enchants the nose with a rich and layered aromatic bouquet that releases enveloping notes of peach and apricot, herbaceous and floral sensations with chamomile at the forefront, and marine nuances that embody the common thread throughout the palate. The full body of the wine is pleasantly lightened by the crisp acidity, which simultaneously enhances its length.
