Envinate is a collaborative project by four friends who met while studying enology in Alicante, Spain. The Benje Tinto is crafted from grapes grown on the volcanic soils of Tenerife in the Canary Islands. This wine is primarily composed of Listán Prieto, a varietal known for its light body and vibrant acidity, with a small percentage of other indigenous varieties. The winemaking process involves minimal intervention, with fermentation occurring in concrete tanks and aging in neutral oak barrels to preserve the purity of the fruit. The resulting wine is fresh and aromatic, with notes of red berries, herbs, and a distinct minerality. It pairs beautifully with grilled seafood, roasted vegetables, and light pasta dishes.
