The palate is rich and structured, delivering waves of flavor. The finish is long, warming from the high proof, but very balanced by the richness. 


Elijah Craig Single Barrel Pick is produced using Heaven Hill’s classic bourbon mash bill (~78% corn, ~10% rye, ~12% malted barley) and aged 9 years in new charred oak. Bottled at a 130 proof.
