El Bajio Brut NV

A collaborative effort between La Competencia Imports and Freixenet de Mexico, El Bajío is exclusively available in the U.S. The goal is simple, craft a collection of wines that are easy and enjoyable to drink at price points that won’t break the bank. A lively sparkling bursting with aromas of Meyer lemon, jasmine, pear, and hints of brioche. The palate is fresh and dry with notes of white flowers, apples, bright acidity and a persistent finish.
