Fully ripe black plum fruit aromas are complemented with hints of earth, bramble and bay leaf in this blended village-level Morey from Dujac. The feel on the palate has presence, although it is relatively light and fresh; the texture overall is silky, supple and very pleasant. Jeremy Seysses notes that he destemmed 40% of this cuvée before a careful fermentation on native yeasts and ageing in barrel.(CC)
