Five years of patient maturation bring extra refinement to this traditional Lebanese arak. Crafted by Domaine des Tourelles from grape spirit and carefully selected fresh anise, Arak Brun Special Reserve undergoes triple distillation before resting in old clay jars. Their gently porous surfaces allow the spirit to develop smoothness and roundness while retaining its distinctive aromatic character. Add cold water to reveal its signature milky-white appearance, then ice if desired. A refreshing companion to Mediterranean mezze, olives, feta, seafood and grilled meats.
